This is a black sequin-type 1950's hand clutch purse. I don't know how to decribe it any better than this. The cover is in good shape and very minor wear. The handle is permanent and cannot be removed and in excellent condition with little wear. It has a push-back clasp to open and this is also in excellent condition.
