This has been in the personal collection of costume designer Norma Koch and her husband Bob Martin, a famous sound man in Hollywood. I found no issues on this piece. This belt is made of beautiful tiny red glass beads that produce a wonderful visual effect! This measures about 60" in overall length. Norma Koch was born in 1898 and lived until 1979. She was a prominent costume designer working in the 1930's through the 1970's. She was nominated for the Oscar 3 times...for "Lady Sings the Blues", "Hush, Hush Sweet Charlotte", and "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?". She won the Oscar for "Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?" in 1963 starring Bette Davis and Joan Crawford. More information about her life is available on the internet.
