Here is a great very vintage pair of dark indigo denim coveralls by Ben Davis Workwear. The label reads Big Ben Davis Union Made. They were labeled Big Ben Davis until around 1960 when they had to drop the "BIG", because there was another company called Big Ben, that also made work clothes. These coveralls are in very, very good condition, except for the bleach marks on the pant leg and the wrist area. Bleach did not make holes in the fabric, so there is someone out there that can match the denim color. These were probably worn only a couple of times. Has a brass Talon zipper and copper snaps. Dark indigo with light yellow to white thread throughout. Not marked a size, but measures 20" across the chest, 16" across the waist, 19" from shoulder seam to shoulder seam, and has a 29" leg inseam. High quality with a great old label. Probably 30's/40's. Great addition to any vintage Levi or workwear clothing collection. All sales are final. Ask all questions before you bid. Payment must be received within 3 days of auction end. We ship on Fridays.
