It is an Edwardian style tux with the large oval split front and no collar. It would have buttoned up the back ...no buttons...uses cuff closures and buttonholes are around the neckline to add a nice freshly starched collar. Each sleeve has 2 buttonholes to add cuff links. There is also 2 small hole/buttonholes in the split front to add a tie tack or button. Stamped on front bottom of shirt is "25-S.", the back of the shirt is stamped with the size. Inside back has label "Peerless" Peerless clothing was founded in 1919 in Montreal. Measures underarm seam to cuff - 22 1/2", neck 14 1/2", neckline to hem 36 1/4", Underarm seam to seam 20" across.
