What a great set! From the early 1940's these were a boys high school basketball team uniform. The shorts are a light denim type material. They have a button fly and an attached "belt" a attached strap on either side of the fly with a buckle. The shorts are not marked for size but have a 34" wasit, 46" hip, 4" inseam and 12" rise. The tank is a heavy knit material that has some stretch to it. The number "5" is made from red felt and on the front and back. It is marked a size 42 with unstretched measurements of 37" at just under arms, 32" at waist, 38" at bottom edge and 30" in length(measuring from shoulder seam to bottom edge). both peices are in very nice, wearable condition. I noted a very feint fade line , probably from where it was folded on the top but you really have to be looking hard at it to see it.On Nov-14-08 at 19:10:17 PST, seller added the following information: Use the FREE Counters 1 million sellers do - Vendio!
