Offered here is this beautiful vintage Carved Ivory colored plastic hand Fan with Tassel. The ribs are emblellished with floral detailing. The guards have a design that is copper/gold in color and has a Swan and some floral design. Metal rivet and gold colored hanging ring. Opens and shuts with ease. Measures 12 1/4 inches wide when open and is 7 3/8" long. Excellent vintage condition with no tears. Looks fabulous!!.
