It measures 16" wide by 7" tall and is decorated with a colorful pink rose with green and silver leaf pattern and comes with a pink braided nylon cord attached. If choosing Parcel Post, I have had packages that have taken up to 13 days to arrive. Please see the shipping label for the date shipped and amount of shipping charged when leaving TRUTHFUL ratings.
