The fan measures 7" in length, the box is 7"x1.75" at the widest area. The fan is shiny, maybe some type of lacquer. It is in need of repair as shown in my photo. It is signed on the left middle. Using a loupe I was able to read what seems to be E Mer.. the other letters elude me. It appears to be a pastoral scene with two gentleman and two women. The box has scuffing of the corners and a small amount of separation of one corner. It opens and closes fine. This was found in a box of ephemera at an estate sale. The fan and its box are very attractive and I thought it might be of interest to someone who does repairs. Shipping is free on this item. Please Read Before You Bid !!
