Unbelievable royal blue, cotton velvet trousers by Lilly Pulitzer. Ultra mod, golf-style pants with wide waistband, rear pockets, front side slash pockets and a 13" rise.  In pristine, absolutely flawless condition!These pants measure 36" at the waist and have been hemmed to a length of 28".  Luckily, there is a 3" upturned hem that could  extend the length to 31".  Please feel welcome to contact me with any questions!  Thanks so much!
